Do you think they magically multiplied their staff? Apart from the whiner-bashing I'm kinda OK with, the only thing that might have changed is their priorities. But they didn't hire new people to get CW out of the door, which in turns means there's less people working on other things we want desperately.

Not that I disapprove their current stance - but unless you have proof for your claims, I'll still assume it's an issue of cost vs. benefit on their end, and that their understanding of 'benefit' has become better in the last few months.

The problem is, OP probably is more mad about his few games in CW being losses than groups. As it stands, a PUG has to wait a shithueg time (even 5 mans or 4mans) to get in a games-- and having those games being losses is just frusterating...

I had the most fun during all the time in playing MWO during the first few days of CW. But now, waiting 15 to 30 minutes just to run a mission endlessly breaking generators for the umpteenth time, with my mechs destroyed and with very little rewards, it gets a bit tiring.

As a solo player I enjoy CW, because its hardcore mode.

They did increase their staff. They fired all but 3 or 4 of the new transverse people and then put them to work on MWO.

They need to increase their servers, not staff. The degree of desyncs due to the lowered polling rate between server and client is downright embarrassing and I don't experience that in other games.

How do you figure that? Setup a drop deck, join the queue to fight for a planet and just wait a bit. Once you drop, just communicate and work with your team.

The only real advantage 12 mans have is coordinated access to voice comms and they get into games faster as the MM isn't forced to find enough players for them to form a 12 man. That's it.

You know what is harsh? A complete pug I was a part of dropped on a Steiner world to attempt to defend it against a full 12 man of Lords. No contest we lost but it was a very enjoyable match, got them to burn through almost half of their dropdeck. Might have even been closer if the team wasn't arguing and derping about trying to play Peek And Shoot against min-maxed clans. The point we got the kills is when we forced them into a Brawling game within our own defensive lines, the points we lost is when we started playing to their rules and got baited out into their firing lines.

If you want to say that you don't enjoy playing CW as a solo player, fine. If you want to say that it takes too long as a solo player to find games in CW, fine. If you want to say that you don't want to face groups at all as a solo player, fine.

But nothing is stopping you from playing CW except yourself. Some of the above concerns are being looked at and there are more improvements coming to better inform the player and hopefully make wait times shorter overall.

Am i the only one that gets a game within 6 minutes? rarely have i had to wait longer.
I win a lot too, attack or defend.

Myth Illusion, even if this is Russ's intention (allegedly) that CW is meant for hard core clan/group play.

The reality is, based on observing other games that have similar CW characteristics, which also have their puggers and their uber clans and squads, is that CW or a game mode of this nature, requires a mininum critical mass of players to work, clan players and soloist puggers included. CW works like social networks. It needs people to succeed. You need to make it succeed.

Not sure I understand. I play mostly PUG, solo. Have been greatly enjoying it.

Since the last patch I think the longest wait I have had been like 5-7 minutes. Dropping all solo and CW has been a blast. The vast majority of the groups have been fun to play with and against.

CW has been extremely pug friendly to me.
