That's so weird, our unofficial mission is to split FEDCOM in half because Kurita promised us some wicked sushi.
Seems our purposes kind of conflict with each other.

Space Vegas seems to be a better goal then sushi imo

You might want to check your map.
See, while we're tying up your best and brightest in 3 day stalemates and making you earn every inch of soil you take. Liao is taking back almost everything they lost while you feed scrubs to them.

As the goal of an alliance goes. Mission Accomplished.

I lived in Vegas for 10 years
Meh.
Good sushi though, I never get tired of that.

We sign on every day and find that our planets are pegged at 11/0 because of other factions farming autowins. Then we grind them down with dozens of real fights, only to hear you accuse us of farming autowins. Day. After. Day.

It's been a week and a half, and it's already getting old.

As I sit here and based upon observation of the queue, there have been a small wave of Davion auto-wins in the wee hours of the morning of December 21. But Mariks and others will have opportunity to reverse that during the daytime of December 21. And Davion has faced the same overnight problem from time to time, as Radioactive says.

What is more irritating to me is the below:

On December 20, Marik had Wazan in hand, and then lost it in the last ten minutes of the day when a Davion queue flood took two auto-wins. Just enough to push them over the top!

What I believe happened is that some Davion units joined queue just before the no-drop initiated, so that Mariks returning from action didn't have the full ten minutes to join. All the foregoing is based on watching capture and queue numbers in the closing minutes--I am 95% certain about the foregoing. I stress that this wasn't a case of Davion malfeasance or intentional meta-gaming, since people on both sides were loading into the matches as quickly as possible. Rather, it's just another distorting result of the auto-win feature. But it was also especially frustrating for Mariks to see a pair of auto-wins put Davion over the top. Again, not Davion's fault, and their fighting on the day was impressive. But it grates to lose a planet due to PGI beta issues after running such a gauntlet of top quality Davion units.

Circumstances like the above could almost as easily afflict Davion (or Steiner or any other faction), especially if their opponents were intentionally gaming the drop cut-off for auto-wins.

I'd be interested in knowing how many auto-wins are occurring on some very heavily contested worlds, and just when they occur. And more interested yet in PGI finding a away to prevent the exploitation of the auto-win feature, generally. It is clear PGI at least sees the problem, given their lengthening of the auto-win window from five to ten minutes. But the issue needs more thought and attention in the very near term.

Space Vegas is currently under protection of the Seraphim. Go ahead Roadbeer, show them the screenshot of the TS channels. LOL Named it MONTHS ago!

All proceeds go to the cathedral roof fund, the community closet and evangalism networks. It's really a nice set up.

We've had some situations with that both on the Clan borders for Steiner and in Kurita fighting early on. Good to hear we're not the only ones.

It should probably kick everyone queued when the ceasefire starts.

Yeah, this what I was trying to convey happened to us last night and was given "muh, excuses"

We actually had 3 full companies trying to get on either Wazan or Phact, and were stuck in the queue with 11 "Pilot awaiting orders" that would never populate with the pilots or give us a drop, mostly in the last 30/45 minutes before the CF. I know Wazan was full with 60+ on both sides, but Phact wasn't, I think it had 36 attackers and 12 defenders so we spent the last half hour just trying to get into a match to defend and we couldn't.

Ran into that on whatever that Capellan world was. Just couldn't get into a match though there were people on the other side. Not sure why.

You guys keep splitting your units 4 ways. Dig in, the winds of fortune change. Right now they are blowing southeastern, perhaps some day they will be northernly. You're not going to take territory from Steiner or Davion so why are are you sacrificing planets?

How's your Cappellian border?

You're going to have to see to that soon and stop putting your best and brightest against us. Since it takes 3 days of fighting for you to get one from us, and we seem to be trading Wazan like an old Davion *****... Liao keeps taking territory back from you, your PTB isn't going to let that continue for long w/o shifting focus there.

It should also be noted that the clans have turrets you can shoot. They even use the same model so you won't have to change strategies!

So, you are dropping on a Sunday, during football season, before a major holiday, 6 hours before the battles mean anything and you found opposition lacking?

Thank you BWC for putting a 9-man on planet. It is much nicer to have something other than turrets to contend with.

Kudos to the 9 BWC players who are dropping on a Sunday, during (American) Football season, before a major holiday, 6 hours before the battles mean anything.

PS: I mean it, coming from someone who is from Singapore, dropping on a monday morning 4.20am and unable to sleep due to insomnia, doesn't watch Football, doesn't celebrate much of a Christmas, and cares more about shooting mechs than blips on a map.

Currently Wazan has 60+ attackers and 51 defenders - and is losing ground.

Marik has lost worlds to Davion almost every round.

Liao hasn't taken one in days. Nor has Marik.

Marik, you go to Wazan then you go there to die. Turtle up and wait for the typhoon to wash over you. There is nothing for you here but an unmarked grave next to rows and rows if similar ones, all with blasted purple turkeys on them.

Not getting any turret matches on Wazan. Just Marik. Admittedly turret stomps are harder but you guys want to throw yourself off the Wazan cliff we're not going to close it off for you.

PRO TIP:

You can only type "STOP STANDING THERE AND GETTING YOUR FACE PPCed OFF" so many times to PUGS before it looses all meaning.

Be back when we can get a 12 man organized. Difficult under current grouping system.

PRO TIP: Don't be part of the 12man that you are forming, that might help.

Fine with me, I'll leave that to others to put together then.

Where were the Steiner during Asia prime them? All I saw were zeroes... Davion salvage is more fun btw than waiting for drops...
