As an additional way to help this thread remain relevant (mods pls sticky), can units include a "best time" they are typically online in force (mods pls sticky)....consider when 50% of your actives tend to be on for example. I mean (mods pls sticky), -SA- can say 24 hours, but realistically, you won't find more than one or two of us on in the wee hours before a work day, so it's a misrepresentation (mods pls sticky).

If you add a time block, I'll add it to the above list.

I think you can encode a hyperlink in excel and it may transfer over fine but I'm not sure.

The links worked finein excel , but did not xfer into the table correctly. I think if you just use the full URL or a [URL] BB code it will work. But the generator I have doesn't do that. Seems easier just to have another column with the full URL. Or another table.
