I was wondering after i looked at the dev videos of the different mech weight classes if there is going to be any difference between LBX AC's, regular AC's and Ultra AC's , or will this be implemented later in the game?
Also at the same note i was wondering if there will be pulse lasers and streak missile systems.
Sorry if this has been rehashed to death but i couldnt find anything with a quick search or then my search parameters were arsed

Do you mean a difference as in how they look or preform?

I've only see AC-5's, and Pulse Laser of those you mentioned in videos, but the LBX, UltraAC's and Streaks I have not seen, but they are available in the timeline as of 3049. I would expect to see all of them.
EDIT: Oops, thought you were asking will they be in the game, not if there is a difference..should've read more closely

Best I have seen is if you put a med laser on a light or assualt it does the same damage
I am not sure about what weapons are in game but they will make them different
As close to TT as they can while making it fair

Nice to see someone ask a question and actually thank the person who provided the answer.
A rarity.

Yeah, a lot of what you mention is post-clan stuff.
IS Ultra-AC's didn't come until 3058, I think. Rotary AC's were like 3062. Streak SRM's were post-clan (IS reverse engineered them.) Artemis IV is, mostly, post clan but I think they were introduced in the 3048 Tech book.
I do want to see some of the latter 'advanced' tech at some point - Rotary AC's, Plasma Rifles, MRM's and ATM's, etc.

And, read the Dev #1 deal, and am wrong on some of those, apparently.

what kraven says is somewhat true, but many of the things was available as "beta" tech in the timeline. Admittedly in 3049 most things like endo steel and double heatsinks were not implemented widely. Streak 2's i think gotten from the Helm Memory Core along with most of the other new shiny toys. The reason why i got a bit confuzzeld was that i was looking at the mechlab video and none of the advanced tech weapons were implemented in it.
All of the things listed on Pauls post are basically from the fall of the first star league that got reverse engineered from the Helm core. Including the Ultra 5's and the like. Rotarys and such came much later.
Eximar: it is only basic politness, a relic i know in this modern world but someone has to keep the flame of the old virtues burning

Ultra AC 5 is available at this point in the timeline for the IS, as well as Streak srm 2's. Not sure off the top of my head when the "bigger" versions come out. ATM is clan tech only. Not sure about the others.
