So I've reported it, but this is the second time I've run into this "player" sitting afk in base and only doing something once enemies are near. It shoots CT and then will move a bit, but not much.

Have you guys seen this? Boggles my mind since the "player" only got 3 match score...

No idea, but just report him and carry on. Regardless of whether he's botting or not (and I won't speculate on that), the fact he isn't really participating in the match is likely a CoC violation. Repeated instances of that are probably actionable and warranted.

while I have seen it intermittently, I can't say it's been recent or in any prevalent manner.

While I despise botting as well, it is a result of an assininely long damn grind. People get tired of the long grinds, playing for a few hours and walking away with maybe 1 million cbills, looking back and realizing they still need 18 million for everything tey want and go....well skip this ****.......how can I play while im at work and help cut down this grind? Bot....

ALso, I get that bots are useless and likely dont earn many Cbills, but it will get the player something while they are away....

And finally, Botting, the other reason I hate playing online gaming with people, id rather do it with just a few people I know arent idiots and go against PVE.....prolly Why Evercrack II is so appealing to me lol...

Been seeing a lot of that which up until now thought was just noobs. Was actually glad as I haven't seen much noobish as of late. Watched a Cat just lob all his missiles into the ground in front of him then sit there until he was last bait. Then he turned in circles til death came.

On viridian watched whole charlie lance dump into the pit and stop. Same thing, never fired a shot as near i could tell. Four mechs. Very strange.

Mmm.... Everquest. I played the first one and then moved to Vanguard... pity that game is gone. I've been tempted to go back to the first one, but it is so different now.

Well, when your at work making 20K every 5 minutes cuz the matches end sodamn quick, I guess its worth it. Though quite frankly, I could never understand whats the point in getting all your gear and never playing the game......

Yup lol, all the progress I made in that game, I guess I didnt really feel like giving up on it entirely, so after 5 years off it, I decided to go back to it. EQ2 is F2P and their F2P restrictions are less then they used to be, so its worth it haha. dang is that game easy now...and besides, every other game I have played just becomes to damn irritating to play. MWO, WoT, Planetside 2, and many other games im just bored with, or htey dont work or w/e...haha.

If it can be botted (as every game can be) it will be botted because it;s something for nothing.
