If I buy a second Griffin 3M (Love that thing) do I have to grind the skills again - or since I've Mastered it do I just buy and go?

nope. Skills are unlocked for life. Thankfully.

Its pretty cool to come back and buy an old mech you have already mastered. I forgot how many I actually had done.

I thought so. I just wanted a second one for CW - same loadout and everything. I may wind up doing the same for my Dragon 1N - get him a twin.
