Ok so currently the 11 point system heavily favours those units online in the last two hours of each window. My suggestion is that instead of a simple points based system we use a cumulative percentage of attacker wins vs defender wins. For example;
Game 1 attacker wins 100% attacker victories
Game 2 defender wins 50% attacker wins
Game 3 attacker wins 66% attacker wins
Game 4 attacker wins 75% attacker wins
Game 5 defender wins 60% attacker wins
And so on.

Planets should be automatically flipped when attackers reach 100% and the next planet should become available. Makes for 24/7 gameplay.

The problem with that is the whole of the is would be carved up by the competitive units in about a week

they are already increased it to 15 sectors and are looking at making te cease fire period to shorter or longer than 24 hours to move it around in time to give different regiouns a chance.
Any war its the last few hours that count, rarely early on does thing change.
