I'm not sure, but typically when redeem premium time through the site it doesn't activate right away. Don't quote me on that though!

You have until Dec 31st to redeem it.

The code is in lower case but the redeem box auto converts to capitals. This might be the issue?

In the email it states the code for free 7 days premium is "holiday2014" (minus the quotes) but if you try to enter it on the website it says there an error with your code.

that art looks like an official concept art!!! I don't see them making it just for a Santa pic. They have to have their mech ready to go. And are just waiting to release it.

Check your junk mail guys. Lots of people are getting MWO emails to their junk mail.

I just put it in... holiday2014 (it converted it to caps)
