yep, actually, I should keep this a secret, but, indeed, the ERLL get the LL perks on the Stalker 4N

Chados is definitely female, at least if the rest of her posts are honest. That said, from what I've seen of her posts, I wouldn't want to meet her Urbie in a dark Canyons alley.
I second this... pretty sure she's sent my mech to the recycling bin more than once....

So PPC applies to PPC and ER-PPC
Large Laser applies only to Large Laser and not ERLL
That is not confusing at all

PPC is the type of weapon, not just its name.
A better relationship would be
+10% range to Lasers (applies to Large lasers and ER Large Lasers)
+10% range to ER Large Lasers (only applies to that specific weapon)
Now, I agree it could be worded better. IMO it should say, for the generic PPC quirks, "PPC family +30% Velocity" or something similar. Then you could have quirks that are specific to regular PPCs and not have to worry about them applying to the ER versions as well if you wanted.

For a quirk to be applied to just the Small, Med and Large Laser, it is noted as standard Laser.

looking at the thunderbolt 5S which has Large Laser range quirk it applies to both ER and normal.
So large laser quirk effects the ER version too.
Edit
let me correct my stupidity before someone else does.
The LL quirk does not effect the ERLL.
I forgot that the 5S has a general quirk too. And so when I quickly checked in training grounds I only noted the range was higher at 742m (i think i remember correctly) and not 810m which it would be if it was getting 20% bonus.
This is also consistent with the policy that IS ERLL would have max quirks of 10%

Tested it, it does not affect ER version, those have only the 10% Bonus Range from the Generic Energy Quirk.
