I just finished rank 10 and should have recieved 500 MCs, but I didn't. Is it delayed, bugged or is there some other issue? Has anyone else experienced this?

ETA: Sometime next year.
The PDF only shows what they plan on doing, but none of that has been added to the game yet. The basic C-bill rewards listed in the "Faction" Achievements are the only ones working at the moment.

the good thing is, you can raise your LP rank for multiple factions now, and sometime next year you will be bombed with MCs .. afaik all rewards you achieve now will be delivered when available...
