This happens on any game mode

It is calculated correctly, the subtotal just shows the wrong number, namely the overall total. You get all your bonuses, nothing is lost.

Edit: Yes, you are right. In the end all xp are there. They are just not shown correctly.

I have problem with my XP too... it doesnt give me the bonus XP. Happens on any game mode, any map.

Again ... you did get all your XP, including the bonus.
The line "Subtotal" shows the ACTUAL OVERALL TOTAL xp you get, with 2x, premium time, champion, etc all included. It's just a display bug, the line is showing the wrong variable.
