Every hero I've got was on a half off sale. I still think the Firebrand is one of the best. The Yen Lo is to much like the free mech that everyone got to buy now. Other than that there is the Arrow, Iya and Misery. Huginn was probably the worst but, after quirks it's a pretty lethal lil' guy now. I love my firebrand and arrow both are awesome.

Ok, i just purchased 30 Dollar worth of MCs and the process went through but i didn´t get any MCs. Money is gone, no MCs and i won´t be able to buy a Hero Mech this weekend, because i dont expect this problem to be resolved till the end of this event.

I am pissed, i can tell you that.

Honest question. What do you guys intend to buy with the Bonus MC?

While I'd like to, I already have two heroes I like to play. Anything aside from that seems like increasingly diminished returns.

I tried to purchase mc on the 23rd December but still havnt recieved it or a reply from support other than an automated response, i best be getting this discount when it eventually does come through though.

I checked my Paypal, the payment went alllllll the way through to PGI, so no auto refund or weird stuff happened to me.

I'm still unable to buy MC with my Paypal account. Will not buy via credit-card again, cause they charge me with a fee for using it (MasterCard) outside the country...

If PGI is not able to solve a Paypal issue -> i rather spend my money on cookies!

I just noticed big fees from my bank on pgi buys. It is literally the only company that caused me these fees. Get bitcoin pgi...enough of the bank problems.

To all those complaining that a sale started after you just bought / spent your MC:

That's on you.
PGI sales are always from a Friday (with a few outliers).
Never buy anything when it isn't a weekend, unless you're happy paying full price.
Don't then complain if it inevitably goes on sale later.

You agreed to a set price when you got it, and at the time were happy to agree to that price, knowing that there's the chance it would be on sale at a later time.

Personally, I've never bought anything not on sale, bar MC when I needed it in an emergency (50% off Mechbay sale) and the Locust Pirates Bane.
That's it.

And even though the PB is now on sale, I'm fine with that, I knew it'd go on sale but I wanted it then.

For those who haven't received your MC yet
Contact support, if it hasn't been received by the time support have returned, I'm quite sure they'll happily give you a refund, manually inject the MC, and/or throw you a little extra to compensate you.

You may have to wait for another sale to buy the sale mechs, but when it isn't an everything on sale it'd generally be a better rate than 1/3 off.

It's the holidays, people, things are going to be delayed. Every interaction I've ever had with support has been a good one, even if it did take some time.
