Buy all the "packs" you want. Founders pack, mech pack, variety pack, 6 pack, 12 pack, sample pack, fanny pack - buy em all! i been killin assualts w/ lites sence thay used cardboard cut outs of mechs lols
any jamoke can use an atles to get kills on the battlefield try it in lite m8! lols {sence thay dont have a koto ingame yet i use lite as a generic}
i hunted assualts on mektek w/ a cat. and thay whined about me being a hack player omg! lols
cus i disnt hide on a hilltop and gruop fire an assualt for ez mode win! lmmfao over that 1 as skill go's as far if not farther then massive firepower!
if you play wot them try killin a t-50-2 with anything thats not a t-50-2 and you will know what i'm talking about.
if your playing a heavy or assualt on my side you best be playing your mission roll correctly or the next time i mite be on the other side and i got "decades" of experience hunting and killing big mech's in lites! hehehe!!!!!
first thing on the ajenda is an xl engine then a jenners a big gun killing machine hehehe!
sorry but after seeing the pc specs for mwo i have to upgrade 2 pc's for mwo so's i can unleash my son in med on this game tehehe

that aught to be very interesting as he was a natural in mw1 thru 4 in meds reminded me of kia allerd lao in meny ways lols
was only a so so player in campian mode,but a bit of a fienome in pvp!
consistent head shots at long range w/ a ppc was abit dounting to be on the aposing side of him lols

Let's not fragment the community too much guys. Some of us love MechWarrior/BattleTech as much as the Founders but just don't have the cash on hand.

Also: The "founder" tag is only available for a limited amount of time. I would suggest not getting in the habit of antagonizing or excluding people without one, because after release, the only way this game will survive is if there's hundreds of thousands (ideally, millions) of "non founders" playing.

From a cold marketing perspective they are currently non-paying users. From my perspective they are players just like me. The tag already says we paid. I don't feel the need to call anyone out or treat them differently because they don't have a tag.

Non-founders might end up spending way more than the original founders once the game goes live. You never know.

These boards are getting better every day I read them, if you didn't support em with a founders pack then you are not a fan.

I'm pretty sure without a large ratio of non-paying customers the paying ones will quickly learn that the ghost town feel is not super fun and and wonder why no one is joining in droves.

Then they could be known as the Prudent Pilot Collective (PPC). This seems very apt really as being PPC's they have to then worry about the use of extra heat sinks for all the flaming they might experience from any elitist cultures?

Srsly i find the degrading marks towards non-founders in some posts a little disturbing especially in a game which probably won't include P2W.

I'm not a big fan of paying for something which I'm not sure of, and since it's F2P I'm sure I'll get a chance to buy some good mechs with money after release. I don't care for premium and other fancy stuff, I just want mechs and loads of 'em waiting for me in my hangar.

As for what to call me? I perfer nothing special, makes it easier to hunt.

No diff in game. I'll smile when I take someone down, inception mech or not. I just don't hope that the current non-founders/ new comers when the buy time is over; won't start the entire: "Ow Inception Mechs are better"... "their pilots are more n00bish..." .

Those that payed to be labeled as Founders are one of the Founders.
