They can nerf the ERPPC thundrebolt slightly though.
As for the clans, those would require a overall nerf to clan mechs.

Yes, slightly nerf the TBolt. And in return, nerf all Clans mechs. That's a good and fair exchange.

However the only tactic for wining makes it very dull, and pointless to take part in for anyone, but the most egocentric must win to get unit name on a planet, who need this more than an interesting enviroment to do it in.
My desire to play in CW is very minimal and will remain so until maps and goals that require brains and tactics that require a thought process of something more than Zerg generators.
so yes my wallet is closed but only because there is nothing I want or need in the game anymore, other than a wolverine hero

Dragons and Tbolts with known builds are IS meta now and holy trinity at Clans.
Those IS mechs were so bad before quirks, I´m super happy that they made them worth of playing. Mybe next not so good clan mechs please. I´m waiting that someday Summoners and Adders are top dogs with kick ass quirks.
I think OP is wrong, CW is really great. Join on good group and have fun. Never seen this big variety of mechs at play than in CW at the moment.
And zerg rushing isn´t autowin anymore. Players have adapted quite nicely. Bring next time for example some streak kintaros with big engine and see something funny happening to zerging lights.

The OP can't offer suggestions simply because there will always be a 'meta'. It is just a fact of games. It's simply a question of whether or not you like what the meta is. There will never be a case where 'all weapons are equal'. Even TT didn't have that. There were definitely Good Mechs and Bad Mechs, Good Weapons and Bad Weapons.

So while dragon and thunderbolt were complete garbage no one complained and now tgey are finally decent OP complains, cmon ffs, how about we all fight with flamers and streaks...

both maps pretty much have very little in terms of any kind of movement, you always visible.
Normal maps allow for teams to move around and do things. CW you either rush one way, send a few the other and repeat and hope for the best.
the META bothers me, i know it won't go away, I refuse to run it because I like oddball things. Just no mech variety in CW.

Seem like there is a fix they could do now. Lower the amount of planets being attacked or defended. Use the invasion map for for initial attacks and or counter attacks. Then use other maps and modes and different drop tonnage to represent fighting across the planet.
But at least "cw" is here I never really thought we would see that.

One one hand, I know I don't have all the answers. I only know what is.
On the other hand, I have submitted ideas for some time now.
The game that initiated this particular rant was an attack against Boreal Vault, we barely even breached the gates because the entire enemy team was on the ridge with PPCs and Gauss. My HBK was cored out the second I looked at the door generator.

This usually happens because the attacking team always insists on trying to trade back against the defenders instead of torso twisting and just going for the generator and tanking the hits.
