That's it, simple question, how does ceasefire currently work?

Any advise or link where to read (didn't find it) is appreciated

It's when the map is updated and planet takeovers occur, based on the fights since the last ceasefire...

It's simple: Ceasefire occurs just after Davion has conquered a planet.
