You are better off with more armor, so ML's would fine as secondary weapons. And one ton for Streaks is enough
Here's a build alternative,
But I recommend more AC ammo like this one.
And if you run out in matches and run cool mixing in the Lasers, drop the DHS for more ammo.
Here's a third with a PPC in the Torso.

Yeah that works, but I would be very uncomfortable only having 25 armor on the legs, so depending on what you experience in matches, you can drop a DHS or two for more armor and/or shave off the left arm with only one ML.
Since for this build the AC/5s are the primary weapons, with the Streaks and MLs only as secondary backup weapons, you can drop a DHS to add on more armor based on match experiences.
Good luck and have fun!

That should work, you can still place 6 armor points back on the arm.
I've noticed that when I under-armor a side enemies sometimes waste time blowing it off as I try my best to damage them in return. So that's an interesting tidbit to keep in mind!

Hi Plauge.
That is a versatile loadout. But I personally don't like it. Why?
Because you are handicapping what the 1N does best. And that is deliver dual AC5 rounds at an insane fast rate.
It is quite reasonable to play the 1N with nothing but 2 AC5s and nothing else. If your aim is good, you don't need streaks for lights, and the AC5 round is faster and goes further than the ERPPC without nearly the heat... so really whats the point.
My play my Dragon with 2 Medium Lasers, 2 Ac5s.
Since the quirkmegedeon, my Dragon 1N has produced for me more ( 7 at current count ) 1400 point, 8 kill games than I had combined ( 2 before the quirk, both in a Atlas DDC) since MWO went from 8v8 to 12v12.
It really is that powerful with just the Ac5s and a massive load of ammo.
If you lose your arm, you have nothing tho, that is the risk.
Can you get into a firing position and maintain a suppressive effect, while not getting caught doing so? The answer has been yes a lot more than no. The DPS the dual AC5s produce either kills, or suppresses.....

Yeah. You want a lot of ammo for your AC5s. Like...210 minimum. I run double ac5s and two medium pulse lasers. The AC5s are good enough as a range (or close in weapon) and the MPLs add good supplementary firepower when someone gets too close.

At least drop the PPC and add more armor, drop a ton of SSRM ammo, add MLs and more AC5 ammo. you really want close to max armor on the CTs.

For the Dragon,go for XL300,endosteel,2 AC5,2 MPL 270-285 rounds of ammo, lights wont bother you if you dont overextend.
Play it like it a glass cannon, and you will succeed.
Dakka is eternal.
you can shave off half a ton of leg armor off
You will have over 30 seconds of sustained high dps fire with those autocannons before overheating,it will fend off any light chewing on your behind or rip Direwolves apart. The cooldown module for AC5:s is worth a buy.
