Is Rasalhague attacking Heragor? Because that is exactly the scenario that shouldn't happen if we're not allowed to attack it.

Some one tweet Russ if see if there will be an event to bid and conquer Rasalhague. I'm hoping that now that it's encircled that either a prolonged battle or weekend event to conquer it occurs to make it interesting.
