So your argument boils down to the Clans have it harder than the Inner Sphere? And you only asked what makes the Timber Wolf OP so you could make that point. OK then.

Save your energy........you will NEVER get through to this one.

When you see a full squad of pugs not related to each others all using Thunderbolt 9S, and you see another groupe like this using the same mech.
There is something strange.

Evern wonder why you see so much of them in pugs match?

You're talking about Timberwolves right? I mean you must be because for the past SEVERAL MONTHS you see more of them in a match than ANY OTHER MECH,

It is impossible to have conversations with Clanners about balance. They all believe they are incredible pilots with the best and most cohesive units, who are burdened with inferior tech. They also believe the IS is populated entirely by scrubs who have OP tech. This inferiority complex makes it impossible to reason with them.

I don't see a lot of them in pug matches. Maybe two in a given match, and they usually die pretty quick.

That said, I said you can't solo spam a gun and that it takes a group to be spam. You said you were spamming ERPPCs. I say you were not. You alone cannot be spam, that's just preposterous.

It is impossible to have a conversation about balance because you are all inferior to me and I don't need armor on my mechs. Everyone is a scrub, my tech is best tech ... etc...

Yup. :D It's all part of the 'If it killed me it is OP' logic that we get all the time here. Speaking of which, isn't it about time for another 'No one can defend against LRMs- they are unbeatable' thread?

Had fun last time obliterating your mech with clrm spam and reading your chat rant afterwards. Mostly because of your ranting. Nice to meet you here. Again.

That said does anybody have a club for me? I wanna beat it.

Ummm…what? I have never dropped against CSJ…. You have me confused with someone else...

Is SPL boating on the Firestarter any better? If so, why? Because it happens at closer ranges? Boating is boating.

SPLs, and MPLs for the IS don't have ghost heat. Clan ones do, but not IS. I think giving it ghost heat would greatly help keep the firestarter A in line

Been seeing less Twolves and more Thunderbolts in pugs. Almost like people have been grinding to buy them with c-bills...but nah, that would make sense and explain why people have been using timberwolves constantly despite the fact that this thing is so broken its unfair to both sides.

Maybe people are just grinding them, I have all three Timbers well past module mastered, the Thuds are at least a new thing to me.

I've had my Timberwolves mastered since before their c-bill release. was easy, had fun, but I'm working on IS mechs now. I got plenty of clan mechs. I almost never use my timberwolves because I already got them maxed out, I got other heavies to work on, and the que for heavies is insane.

Talking about the Thunderbolts you are seeing more than any other IS mech save the King Crab, strangely since the quircks.
Surely you know how to read?

Usually I just roll my eyes at the latest FotM mech. After a while it just ges tedious. The TDR-9S doesn't bug me when it is 1 or 2 amongst a variety of otehr mechs but when it is 2 waves of 9-12 it really shoudl be a good indicator that there is balance problem somewhere.

Yeah but "shhhhh, Clans are OP. Shhhhhhhh".
Yesterday, we had a defense against an IS team.
Guess what happened?
Light rush, spiders, firestarters. We manage to destroy them but not before they actually destroy all 3 generator. Leaving only OMEGA.
After that, they destroyed all doors...

And rush of Thunderbolts... There were ONLY thunderbolts... All 9S. I wish I would have activated FRAPS.
It was georgous seing all theses PPC.

Having recently discovered the joy of the TDR-9S, all I ask is that PGI waits for me to master it before nerfing it. ;)

You forgot Hellbringers and Dire Wolves. Plus If you have a category Stormcrows/Timberwolf you arent getting 9-12 of the same mech.

There are stand outs among the clans. Obvious ones that are well documented. That being said in teh clan matches I'vbe played I dont see waves of stormcrows or waves of Timberwolves. Tehy tend to be mixed. Granted it is usually a mixture of the stand out Clan mechs plus whatever requisit light they decide to take along to meet their tonnaage requirement but its a mix. In the Inner Sphere you are seeing waves of the exact same emch down to the loadout.
