I know you guys have been talking about dragons..... but let's examine something a little bigger. Say for example the prime atlas only has 1 ballistic hardpoint in the chest but another variant has 2 if you went with that chassis instead. Why roll with 1 Autocannon/Gauss when you can have twice the fun? I know that would be enough for me to get the other chassis.

On that note I assume that like world of tanks if you die you can leave and go play a different vehicle. If you had two variants of a mech in your garage you could always be leveling that chassis.

The DRG-1C.

Because if there was one change the 1N needed, it was less firepower.

I don't know. the difference between a Hcbk-4p and the prime is day and night.

I'm wondering if engine size/type will be fixed to the chassis. So if you want a different engine, you have to buy the appropriate variant.

They've said you can buy a more powerful engine in a previous Q&A / Ask the Devs. Obviously you have to have the free tonnage for it, but it can be done.
