Nerf All Clan Laser Ranges

So in CW the Clans have a very obvious and clear range advantage, can we now Nerf all Clan lasers (half of current would be good ;-) thanks) to give everyone equal opportunity.

Most people that play both feel the IS is going to need more range perks to fight on the more open maps.

Regardless this thread is pretty lame.

Half of current?

C ERML --> 400 / 2 = 200 meters
IS ML: 270 meters

C ERSL --> 200 / 2 = 100 meters
IS SL: 135 meters

C ERLL --> 740 / 2 = 370 meters
IS LL: 450 meters
IS ERLL: 675 meters

And that's not even getting into pulse lasers...

Fup, the OP more than likely needs our weapons to have half range, deal 1 damage over 2.5 seconds for 50 heat to be able to kill a one legged Mist Lynx....

Except quirks. 70+ IS variants with an average of +10% generic energy range. Thus, IS ML's are more often than not 297m, and their ERLL's? 742. Clan ERLL? 740.

Practically nothing IS side fires at it's base stats.

Sure, reduce all Clan lasers to 100m further then all IS lasers.

In turn the Clan lasers get their beam durations lowered to 0.25s longer beam duration then IS lasers at all tiers, but they keep their damage and heat values.

Ok, give us IS range +30 meters, but in that case we want IS laser duration and IS laser heat.

Who would whine about laser vomit then? Eeeeveryone ;-) The new king of the brawl.

actually, leave the range as it is, and reduce the heat on clan lasers. Clan tech doesnt have enough damage output at the moment imo, and spreading damage all over people with clam lasers at maximum range is of minimal consequence in terms of its gameplay impact.

Half range is way too much 2/3 would be reasonable if you also add moderate heat like +25%.
