Place "mobile" repair bases around the map (similar to conquest). When a damaged mech stands close to a repair base (like base cap range), the mech powers down and begins to be repaired and rearmed; only one mech at a time can be repaired at each base. The mech being repaired can not be powered back up until the repairs are completed and the duration of time it takes to repair a mech would be proportional to the % damage the mech has taken (10sec per % damage seems reasonable, e.g. 10% damaged takes 100sec for the repairs to be completed). Obviously, if a mech can not make it to a repair station, then it is destroyed like normal.
