Centurion CN9-AH (3 ballistic, 3 missile).
Atlas AS7-S (4 missile, 1 ballistic, 4 energy).
King Crabs (Several. Will most likely become available before the other two for cbills; suspect February).

Regardless, it will be soon, so it's a good time to start saving your C-bills

The most recent update to the January Roadmap sure makes it sound like they're on track for a Jan 20th patch - and I'm almost positive I've seen that day listed as the KC's release date.

And I doubt that requires a full patch. The content exists.

The big thing is they need to finish all the camo paints for it; those paints are Always available when the mech becomes available for cbills. <--That's the delay.
CN9-AH and Atlas S, however, would need versions that could be camo'd, which isn't hard but it requires all the paints to have additions due to the way the S has a new hardpoint (but beyond that wouldn't need much).

I've been fighting for its return ever since it was taken out.
Mind you this is before lag compensation, so you had to 'aim' ahead of any target because they weren't really where you saw them most of the time. For example if you hit their right arm, their left torso would take damage. So that's why the weird / "bad aim" is going on.
Never the less. At the time it was 3 ballistic, 2 missile.

Removed literally one week before open beta, and replaced with the Yen Lo Wang.
At the time, missiles were superior in every way to lasers. So it sorta made sense.
But as time went on, it made little to no sense to keep it away from us.
In actuality, the Wang is generally better. Energy hardpoints means you have more free space for a bigger engine (compared to the tonnage and ammo that missile ports need). However, 3 ballistics was the reason I crushed on the Centurion AH in the first place.
This vid was recorded during the week after the AH was removed (and posted a fair while later). And that shot on the airborne Jenner, you'll know when you see it. Priceless.

That's like a fast long-ish range support Light, right? Maybe the 2ERLL Raven-3L, or a Spider-5D? Firestarter-H or Jenner-F are good mid-range harassers if that's what you're looking for.

You have to remember that the Centurion AH was in game before...
It already has more then half the camo's in the game files already for that specific centurion.
The atlas S however is completely new.
Keep in mind the new geometry isn't going to stay.

I'm aware. The AH was also 2 different 3D models ago, too. The original AH was before a real paintjob system -- which required the first redux of 3D models. Then most recently (at the time of the new AH's release) we got the second redux of the Centurion 3D model (this one with the interchangeable parts), which required that all camos be completely redone (which is why all the "dirt" got removed and now all Centurions are "clean" and "kinda" shiny. They used to be deliberately filthy).
At the moment it is a few new attachments on top of the remade 3D model. Some of the Centurion patterns still do not have proper textures for the new missile ports and instead have a plain "grey" material with no texture surface.
What saddens me about the very first redux of 3D models is the polygon counts went down, simplifying the models.
The original Highlander... I miss that. Every "Tooth" between the thigh and hip used to be a full 3D shape. Now it's more texture than 3D.
(Missing textures).
Original AH model. (Left, mind you).

Only watched untill the Jenner kill but it seems weird (both in negative and positive ways) looking at the game from back then. The Heat vision for instance. Or weapon effects. Or that armour glow effect, even on the dead mechs.
I also noticed you would immediately lose the paper doll stats of a targeted enemy mech (when you killed that Jenner), so you can't be entirely sure how you killed it headshot vs side torso loss + XL vs CT destruction for instance. I like that it stays up longer now.
But weirdest bit of the whole vid? That wang in the cave with 2 MG's and 2 ML. I looked in Smurfy but the only way that build would 'work' is if all that tonnage was taken up with a Std 300 engine.

It was still during the epitome of terror:
Repair and rearm.
XL engines? BAD! Easy to spend 50 to 75% or even more of your earnings trying to fix it depending on how badly crit-damaged it gets. (The bigger the XL engine, the worse that gets!)
Double heatsinks? Meh.
Expensive weapons? Don't want too many.
