To clarify, your processor will turbo itself higher than 3.5 mostly depending on how many cores it needs. It can boost one core to 3.9. I'm guessing it's highest boost for all four cores is 3.7, because the 3570k's best all-core boost is from 3.4 to 3.6.

My methodology and measurements are perfectly sound.
Sorry salty, they clearly aren't if brand new haswell E rigs can't run at a solid 60FPS no dips then your system won't be either.
I think if you actually took a proper measurement say using afterburners graphs to track your FPS over a game you would see it's not as consistent as you think.

because obviously every rig is configured exactly the same.
But that's the beauty of the internet and why you fit in so well. It's a place where you can just declare whatever you want to be true, and not back it up at all except with childish insults for anyone who disagrees with you.

Every stock rig has limitations, in a game where the CPU is the key driving force and the same CPU you have has come up before yes...yes we do already know your not running at max settings 60FPS consistent.

Minimum fps scales with cpu per-thread performance in this game. Overclocking the cpu increases per-thread performance. If you say you didn't notice it, well, I can believe you, but if you were to properly test it you'd see it.

As in this point where you tell us your chip runs higher IPC and memory bandwidth than E-Haswell -------------really the only 2 factors in MWOs processing hunger......That's all we are looking @ at this point.

That's for me to be skeptical of, and you to demonstrate. That's how science works.

You mean like claiming your methods are sound?
