I read somewhere that the Urbie is actually an escape pod for the Jager.

If so, that makes it the most bad ass escape pod ever, with an AC10 on it.

Sure, why not!?

I was not sold on the Urbie until they pointed out it might be able to surf on a King Crab... now I must see it.

Also, Russ saying that if it is funded, he will almost have to make a Stock Mode button. Which is even more awesome.

Though the Urbie Pumpkin post should probably win this contest.

Yes.
In the Town Hall (and why there's been so many happy urbs threads since the Town Hall).

It goes up for Preorder Tuesday 20/01/2015.
$20 for the standard pack, which has 3 Urbanmechs, 3 Mechbays, Title, Warhorn, etc. But just regular Urbs.
$40 for the Collectors pack, which has the above, but 3 of each item, and one of the Urbies will be a Geometry variant with the Hero bonus, plus a bunch of other stuff.

Russ said they'll both be worth probably around double what you pay for them at least.

There will be tomorrow.

In the Town Hall with Russ and NGNG on Thursday last week, Russ annoucned the Urbanmech packages will be available Tuesday (tomorrow), and it'll have 360 degree torso twist, with an engine that will weigh a negative amount lol.

I am in for a deluxe Urbanmech package, PGI.

This poem is rather simple... it is three quatrains composed of Iambic tetrameter, and an ABBA rhyme scheme. Not one of my best but I guess it will do.

NOTE: only pause when there are commas. When reading poetry you do NOT stop at the end of every line. Only those with punctuation.

What mech sits their upon a log,
With stocky build and rounded dome
that's fitted with a crown of chrome,
and paces with a measly jog. <-Edit: changed this becuase I didn't like what it originally said.

The shape of this mech is quite strange,
and mere a glimpse Whales run in fear
as if the end of them is near,
yet stare me down within min range

Tell me, tell me, strange thing of trash,
what secrets do you with hold, of
ruthless war and passionate love
so PGI can make some cash.

I'll be grabbing the Collectors pack I reckon.
Put off upgrading my Resistance Pack to include the Zeus till next month, and grab the Urbie straight off the bat.

Then just have to wait till April to get the thing.

sadly I don't think there are enough characters to name it that.... It would be more like "Oscar Grouch", "OscarGrouch",or if your lucky "OscarTheGrouch"
