Urbanmech + hatchet = 360 degrees of slow death

speed one, defects most ballistic rounds, speed 2 can deflect lasers. at speed level 3 rotation allows time travel allowing you to arrive before you got hurt and preempt them.

Odds are about as slim as the tryhards deciding the Urbie is competitive (before it comes out anyways )

But if it is a chance at a (relatively) free Urbie, I'd take it!
