I use PandaPow from Shenzhen and it's worse. The game has been unplayable for two weeks.

I live east coast Australia
I recently changed ISP's from Optus to internode,
All my network problems have disappeared since.

Those network problems included:

Disconnection at load up or during match
50% PPC hits not registering properly (Now they work great)
Laser Weapons did variable damage depending on network conditions
Gameplay freezing
Mechs walking on the spot
Team mates lagging me out when their mechs bumped into mine.
Jitter down from 20ms to 1ms

I believe the reduced Jitter made the biggest different

I don't think VPN will fix a bad isp
