But you haven't pointed out anyone's shortcomings, other than your own. Your basic complaint is that the other team is better at shooting your noobs than you are at shooting theirs. Do you not see that?

Look, I get you are frustrated. Hell, last week we got rolled 12-0 because I led my assault lance into a dead end. But these kinds of rants, esp in the game, directed at people who are still trying to figure out what keys to mash... it just makes you look lame.

no one gets paid, we all have our own incentives to play, each player has there own reward that they choose, winning ,killing time, getting virtual things, comraideshipstuff, bad spelling with an audience, mastery of the game, picking up bondsfolk, having fun whilst zonked etc

That's assuming a lot. My first day I got the command to "push". So I went back and rammed him with my mech. I thought he was stuck on an invisible corner or something. No really.

You're being grouped with newbies and you aren't on comms. Getting upset about the resulting chaos is just silly. Do what you can do to carry harder, and maybe try to understand that the noob lance you are shouting at hasn't yet noticed there is a chat window on the left side of their screen that they should pay attention to before it fades out.

OK, I've read enough. Yes, this thread doesn't belong here. OP, stop piloting assaults, since clearly what your team is lacking is not firepower, but the coordination. You know how you can do that? Play a light, you scout ahead and spot the first target, and that will funnel your team in the direction you want.

The problem is not the new players, and he's not "white knighting" it away. Your post is inappropriate and in the wrong section to boot. If you're consistently being matched against new players, you have bigger problems than their performance. This means your performance itself needs a lot of improving.

We would be happy to help you with that (at least myself).

Anyone who resorts to the term "white knighting" has already lost the argument. When you start name-calling, it's reasonable to assume that you either do not have a real argument in reserve, or that you do not know how to reason. In either case, why should I listen to your reasoning?

This entire thread is wrongheaded to begin with, and it does not belong in the New Player Help subforum. You're not trying to help anyone; you're offering nothing constructive. Instead, you're heaping abuse on an entire demographic of player without lifting a finger to offer constructive advice.

You've been reported by a number of people, including myself, and for good reason: follow the flow chart and either quit it - or go away.

PS: if this wasn't in the New Player section, I'd just maybe report him and let him vent - sometimes some people need a good tantrum to clear the air. But since it is in the new player section, letting him vomit nonsense at the poor newbs just creates a toxic environment in a subforum that's supposed to be a safe place to get help.

No not really. Elo is based on WEIGHT CLASS, not chassis. Your elo with a fresh bought cicada, is the same as your elo with the centurion you've mastered and have over 1000 drops in.

All everyone here said was that you posted in the wrong forum section, and so far you have posted nothing constructive. When you have a minute, take a deep breath, and read your posts, then point to where you posted something constructive. If you get two posts that are actually constructive I will personally apologize right here.

No, I didn't. I saw them, but I was trying to give you the benefit of doubt, despite the repeated posts you made. The main problem is that you posted in the new player section. It is kind of an unspoken rule that all trash be kept out of this section, since we want to HELP new players. Not yell at them because an older players still doesn't know how to aim right, or what mech to use. (HINT: Considering your situation, it was clearly NOT assaults)

"Noob hate" is just stupid. No other way around it. Also, just because people are calling you out on how idiotic your posts are, doesn't necessarily mean they are white knights. Not really. In this case, it just means they are decent human beings who are not full with ... well ... whatever it is your excuse for a brain is filled with.

Also, no one is saying the pugs are fine, or that the solo queue is fine. Your lack of reading comprehension and basic common sense is so dense that if it were an object it would collapse under it's own weight and turn into a black hole that would swallow the entire universe.

You need to adjust your approach if you want the solo queue or the pugs to improve. Otherwise all your posts will get is make you more of a laughing stock, and tell the pugs that they should just NOT be you. You know what? Keep it up, that in itself is a good thing to do. If we get less creatures like you in this game, things will definitely look up.
