I'm not sure if this is a trolling thread or not, UT I'll assume not.
All else being equal (pug v pug, team v team) the defenders have an enormous advantage. When things are *not* equal, though, pugs can defend vs teams a hell of a lot better than vice versa, as defending is obvious and cautious, cowardly play is less punished.
Attacking successfully requires coordination while defending successfully only requires holding off the opposing team. Defending respawns appear very close to the group, while respawning attackers have to walk. It's easy for the attackers to be spread out, while the defenders can just cower around their LL turrets and camp.
But, sample size is way too small. We need a lot more matches before any definitive statements can be made. Gotta give everyone a chance to figure out what's going on.

I just KNEW as soon as I read title it was gong to be yet another blanket hyperbole statement.
Guys, seriously. Lets try to give some constructive non-hyperbole feedback on this. You can't expect anyone to take "xx always wins/loses/whatever" seriously.
Another thing
Can we drop the "12mans picking on whoever" implications?
There's no Elo matching.
This has been known for months.
So lets not even start with that.
I'd be more interested in hearing HOW teams are winning or losing as far as mentioned a few times in this post. Cap requirements, stuff like that. That's how we can look for ways to help PGI improve anything that's really unbalanced.
Excellent post.
