Any progress on this? Barely was able to complete my 30 wins in the tournament because of the constant crashes to mechlab. 2 weeks and counting with no reply from support.

Good patch,everything went fubar,now i cant get the launcher to open

Yes. Unknown Error should be resolved on the Feb 3rd patch.

The patcher is just constantly freezing up on me. Even after a reboot, it made no difference.
It looks like it stuck in loading content from a server... because it looks like a webpage which hasn't completely loaded. There are just white blocks where the promotions usually go etc.
EDIT: Ok, nevermind, I think that was because of the downtime. Working now.

So can I get a free month of premium time since I have been so frustrated due to multiple crashes I haven't really played in a month and my premium time has been burning this entire time? Not fair that I'm burning time when I can't play due to something that isn't a fault on my end.
Might sound like I'm whining, but when you've invested enough money into this game that would have bought me plenty of hookers and blow... Hell enough to buy a cheap car... You get frustrated when you can't use your investment.

Unknown error still persists. Still crash to mechlab more times than that $2 ho goes down on her John.
Getting extremely frustrated. I'm burning premium time for nothing because the experience sucks with all these crashes.
Seriously no response to my support emails... This is getting old.
