Let's remember him, all our hopes and dreams.

I wrote a poem for his soul, and I'll wear it on my journeys, like a shawl, to keep me warm.

Maybe I'm being melodramatic? When I'm alone I count my blessings, and my failings.

its a summoner, it came to the IS to summon the doomcrow. but as usual as such summon rituals are, a sacrifice had to be done, and so the summoner ended his existence to his demonic creature as a toll.

You're better off using Dual Gauss Mad Dog.

so the SMN-C adds nothing to the Summoner,
they should have added the SMN-M (LT-1E-1M),

So the 5 kph speed bonus didn't help that much?

Huge if true.

it's nice, but doesn't do much when you are in a dogfight with a Timby. Or Thud.

All the package Summoner gives you is 15% ballistic cooldown instead of the 10% the prime already gets. All the rest of the quirks I believe are already on the basic summoner

Actually it's not even cooldown. It's -15% ballistic heat. Which makes it even more pointless.

I know, I have 250 public matches in the Summoner. I was being facetious :)

The SRM-Summoner is good though, I do more than alright in that one. MWO has a way of taking iconic mechs and giving them a completely new role. Ref: AC20 Catapult, SRM-zombie Centurion. I know you and some other people are determined to play the Stock Summoner Prime. I simply don't have the stomach for it. I already have all the Locusts, for God's sake.

I just caught that on smurfy's, that has to be a mistake because it is ridiculously dumb.

but man...when you get 5 kills, 800 damage with the Stock Prime? NOTHING in this game feels better.

The only mistake here is giving us a redundant variant that can be 100% replicated with existing pods, with exact hardpoint locations. The Alternate M would have actually offered something marginally different.

Does it ever get old in clan mechs having only 1 viable build for each mech? tons of weapons, thousands of possible combos, only 1 build that really works......

I didn't even think you had enough time to get that much damage. I'm still working at it and I feel like I gotta conserve ammo so much.

I have a poem to commemorate this occasion.

Clan Wolf is Red
Steiner fists are Blue
Who knew this was coming
That the Summoner would be screwed.

Speaking of bad ideas, I'd like to thank our balance overlords... whoever they are... for being bad.

I would've appreciated a Summoner-F than this garbage.
