I'd like to see it just to give people a place where a totally open mechlab would be appropriate. Mod to your hearts content in s7. Use refit rules elsewhere.

Yes!... that would rule. That way you could see what weapon load out works best for the way you play.

Many people have a competitive personality type and this would keep a lot of them happy… like me :-)

while gambling systems as you describe are very fun and addictive, the ESRB tends to penalize games that include such systems heavily. Having gambling in a game is considered nearly as 'bad' as in-game nudity, and would result directly in less people purcahsing the game.


That said, I do think that a '1v1' match type should be an option.

That's if they do a retail version of the game at all. I know the ESRB heavily monitors stuff like that but in all honesty if you can slot games and actual gambling games online that are rated E and T then this would be no problem as long as its in game currency and not real life currency on the line.
