Yeah, I like #4, except that the head looks too pinched; it needs a rounded, hemispherical head shape, IMHO.

I'm going with the pgi art. It looks good, and the narrower frame will make it more survivable. See the Awesome and Orion for what happens to mechs wider than their tonnage can armor them.

One of the issues I have with the Urbanmech design, is the swim suit waist line of the 'mech. All of the above options, have it. I present one without this flaw...and another one with a top hat and cigar:
