Guys,
A bug in your game has siphoned off 2,415 MC from my account! (I know I gotta be both blind and stupid to take this long to notice it)
The bug is as follows:
During the pre-Christmas Event I equipped an MC Artillery strike and MC cool-shot on one of the mechs that I play. These items were ones that I pulled out of my stocking. I did not check the auto-reload option for them. After the stocking event, i went back to using the cool-shot 9-9 and improved artillery strike as my consumable modules. All my mechs have been running those modules except for my King crab, and Kitfox Prime, which have an advanced UAV on them which was a left-over from the stocking-stuffer event and I haven't used them since then.
One of my mechs is billing me MC every time I play because it believes I still have one of those MC consumables loaded. I have checked all my mechs and none of them have it that I can see. I have the 40K c-bill varieties loaded on all my mechs.
I believe this is a occurrence of the multi-module bug that the game is experiencing -- where the game can think you have a module still equipped, even though you removed it and it is not visible on your mech loadout screens. I have gone through every mech to see if this is something that I have missed -- but no I can find no mechs that I play where the MC consumables are equipped (except the two listed above which, again, I don't play)
The frequency of the MC withdraws would indicate that this is a mech I play every day which would make it one of the Ravens, Firestarters or Thunderbolts.
Could you please investigate this.
This kinda creeps up on you when you aren't looking since the MC trickles out 15 MC at a time but I figured I should get it out there so you people can keep an eye out for it. My guess is that, in the same way that modules and weapons can get hidden on a mech that the consumables can as well -- in this case with some annoying results.
