One could argue that the MW4 engine was pretty much built around having the whole leg movement thingy and so it would have no problem actually having that in the game.

same system is built into this game. When you shoot an arm weapon, the trajectory is decided and the arm joints have to figure out how to move to get that angle..

major difference between MW4 and MWO is the emphasis on online play and having all 12 players see the same leg position.
