Greetings MechWarriors,
UPDATE: Server downtime has been extended by just a few minutes. Services should be restored soon!
We will be rolling out a hot-fix during today's 1:20 PM PST / 8:20 PM UTC ceasefire window to resolve the following issue:
The servers will be taken offline for a period of approximately 20 minutes starting at 1:40PM PST / 8:40 PM UTC.
UPDATE: Services have been restored! Please note that you will be prompted to apply a small patch upon loading your client.
Thank you for your patience!

Also, great that we get the UTC time as well, but please make it the correct time - should have said 9.40pm.
Thanks

It's a shame that there is no In-Game notification about items such as this. To just be kicked out of a match or thrown to the desktop because of maintenance is very frustrating.
Will we retain our previous screenshots or will I have to try and reproduce the bug I found again?

Every time I click the patch button, the launcher closes.
Edit: I tried changing the setting to auto-patch when update is available and now it closes the second I open Launcher
Edit2: Maybe it was just a coincidence, but I right clicked and opened as administrator and the game started patching properly.

Did same thing for me. Had to run it as admin to make it patch.

I successfully patched mine, and ran a match, but then the next match I had bad rubberbanding, and upon closing out of the client to try to restart it, it will not reopen. It keeps running in the background--it shows up in task manager--but the actual game won't appear. Closing out of it in task manager and restarting it doesn't work either, the same thing just keeps happening.

My RAM usage is up about 1GB after patch. Now sitting at around 4.7GB in methlab and 5.2GB in game. 64bit 16GB RAM.
Which is fine, RAM is there to be used not left empty.
Unless its an unintentional RAM usage increase not explained by your changes which could indicate a problem to look into, especially if it is blowing out on systems already starved of it.
