I like the idea of rotating dailies.
Lots of MMOs have a set list, or a rotating selection from a list, but most of those tend to be repetitive and boring. PGI would need to come up with something straight-forward and interesting, something meaningful but not out of reach.
Maybe offer Daily Bounties, every time the CW attack period ends it adds a new one, and they last for 24 hours (it puts them on a rotation with 3 active at any given time). Give them a relatively minor, but still meaningful, reward, say 150,000 c-bills or 500 GXP or something (I'd prefer c-bills myself).
Examples could include:
Dragon Slayer: Kill five Draconis Combine players.
Sword Breaker: Kill five Federated Suns players.
Homewrecker: Destroy 5 base defenses (turrets or generators).
Tie these and others like them to the achievement system. For instance, have an entry for Dragon Slayer:
Lizard Stomper: Complete 5 Dragon Slayer challenges. 250 GXP.
Drake Flayer: Complete 15 Dragon Slayer challenges. 100,000 c-bills.
Wyrm Wrangler: Complete 30 Dragon Slayer challenges. 1,000 GXP.
Wyvern Killer: Complete 60 Dragon Slayer challenges. 1,000,000 c-bills.
Dragon Slayer: Complete 100 Dragon Slayer challenges. Title: Dragon Slayer.
Then, throw in meta-achievements:
Enemy of the States: Unlock the highest tier of every House and Clan kill challenge achievement line. 25,000,000 c-bills, title: Enemy of the States.
