Was data loss only for CW matches? or ALL matches across the board?

Only the total wins/loses of CW planets was lost. Nothing else.
All this meant was that some worlds which should have changed sides did not, as everything got reset to the attack phase before.
Anything you earned or did in matches was retained. Just they didn't count for the defense or capture of a planet in CW is all.
This is an older announcement, and no longer has affects on the game.
