Ok...
speed retention module should allow you to keep moving at speed after losing a leg and witout the slowdown penalty.
So, lose a leg, you can go 50kph and if you start getting hit, you keep going 50kph and not the stupid 15kph for what seems like an eternity
either that or it needs to drastically reduce the cooldown on that 15kph junk.

I believe it's a bug. It should be 40. If you come to a halt and then give throttle you should reach 40 kph after being legged.

If it prevented the locking to 15kph on hit it may actually be useful*.
*still garbage but leaning more towards useful especially towards heavier sort of jumpy brawlers say my Summoner (would strongly consider it with above change at least for CW where legging is commonplace).

The 15 kph slowdown is the worst goddamn thing, but I don't know if it's worth a module slot to prevent. I'd like to see it prevent the speed loss from dropping down off a platform or landing from a jump

if you have the module its 50 and no it doesn't go away instantly if you stop. there is some kind of cooldown to it and if you get hit it reset. you can get stuck in 15kph forever.
call it "speed retention" makes a lot more sense if it did this so you can retain you speed. the extra 10kph isn't even needed.

bump...
keep this alive as it really does make sense and make the module useful.

i would like it if instead of increasing the max speed, the speed retention module would instead just increase the hit speed from 15kph up to 30 kph.
