Thats important because most teams have TS3 servers they will want you to join on. Also you can go to the NGNG TS3 without an invite and always find a match with others. The Marik TS3 is also very friendly and open and I think anyone can join on to find a game. Same with Comstar.

I've been with them for about 2 months. They are pretty relaxed (no drama) but get serious results when they get their game faces on. I've seen these guys integrate new players well, and never rage at someone else's poor performance.
