How long until the urbie is available for cbills?

Typically, 2-3 months after they are released in the first wave to players. Usually 1st month is for people that spent real $$$. Next month or so they're available for MC. Then, they go on sale for c-bills.

With the current scheduled date of April 7th being the release date to players who spend money; expect the urbies to be on sale for c-bills in June as the shortest time possible. Perhaps even not until July depending on sales.

However, according to the FAQ, they have stated no date has been set yet for the Urbanmech to be on sale for MC or c-bills. This is only an educated guess from previous sales.

well in the april fools joke last year they said the urbie pack would be ONE TIME ONLY NEVER WILL THE URBIES BE AVAILABLE AGAIN, so they might be only available for the package seeing as how they have their own pack, but they might be available, just gotto wait till they update the faq to know, but if you want abunch of goodies it is too late so if you want to see if they will go for cbills you might as well wait till they update the faq and if they never come for cbills or mc then buy the pack if you want it.

By the time my brain decided I to spend the money it was 5 minutes to late. If they do not state a date for cbills I will spend the money anyways. I will probably end up buying some (cbill) mechs to buy some modules.

I haven't heard anything about a C-Bill release. It's possible it might be MC only *shrug*. It would be nice if PGI did make a statement clarifying this once and for all.

A: We don't have any information on future in-game availability at this time.

well it's been a minute, i too would dig clarification
also where the hell is my founders thing? how will people know i'm space important without it?

Your Founders/Phoenix/Clan etc. tags are selected from the game client now.

NOT making the IS version available for C-Bills and making ownership of the pack a requirement to buy the Clan version (with MC or C-Bills) would certainly be a new way to drive UrbanMech pack sales...

I hope not, Russ didn't want to make them in the first place. The player base buy in made it possible.

Honestly, it is some of the best money you will spend, if you decided to spend money on a pack. The urbanmechs are just fun little mechs to run around the battlefield.

We have two people in our unit that run them religiously and they average 2-3 kills per match in them.

If PGI is going to make the Urbanmech available to the casuals who didn't even preorder it, it's going to take joy directly out of the lives of people who risked everything and sacrificed so much (approximately the value of 3 Happy Meals at McDonalds) to make it happen.

If PGI is going to let the casuals have the Urbanmech for C-bills, even though they don't deserve it, then they should at least start selling this Special Snowflake hanging cockpit item.
