On the main page it says the preorder rewards for the Urbie count if ordered before 11:59 PM UTC on the 31st, but on the Urbie page, it says PST. I know I shouldn't have waited until the last minute, but I want those rewards, and that time UTC has already passed. Whereas if the correct time unit is in fact PST, I still have several hours being that I'm in the Eastern timezone.

A swift answer is appreciated if possible!

I went ahead and purchased it immediately after my OP (~12:40 am EST on the 1^st), but I'm still curious as to if I qualify.

That's what I did. I also sent them the two conflicting pages along with it. I actually made a post in this forum with the same problem. The original deadline was set at 11:59pm PST so they had better well damn honor that. Feel free to borrow the two pics I have in my post to them as well for backup.

Recently support has been taking on average about a week to reply, even if it's in response to their own reply. From what I can tell though, PGI tends to err on the side of PST rather than UTM, so you should be okay.

Thought that I would pass that along to you as well. It seems that PGI will honor their part of the deal if you did do it before PST.
