I'm in a clan that plays other online games. They are talking about all of them joining House Davion. I REFUSE to play for anybody except FRR. My question is, if we're playing at the same time is there a way to play together or do we all have to belong to the same house?

Tell them about the bias, really bad variants, "mary sue" every stupid is going to play and they should consider switching.
