6, 7 years ago I was just lucky. One night about 1 in the morning I couldn't sleep, turn on the tv and caught the 1st episode of 'firefly'. Back then, and even today, I honestly believe sci-fi drama series began and ended with Babylon 5.... (I will keep mum on Battlestar Galactica. To each his own eh.) But Firefly...was differently. Story, characters, world, wow. And every night since that first episode, firefly was my 1 am secret, though short lived as it was. Then when the movie 'serenity' came, I believed in sci fi movies again. Again just good story and writing...

So if you all are making a Browncoats Merc Company, then count this old man in. Been a pilot since MW2. Am really rusty but it will be good to walk among giants again.
