I understand there are many many options out there even for this time period...As I sit here what does the Madcat Mk.II have that would create balance issues? I mean its a decent flexible Assault Mech...But honestly the Direwolf/Daishi is better at assault meching, the Madcat MK.II does not have overly OP fire power... The Fafnir thought it does have the giant Gauss rifels....and yea it would hit hard...is it that much more OP....what is there that would create balance issues between Mechs from 3050 to 3065? Like I said I have not read much on Lore here but from playing MW4 back in the day and a little recently what is there that creates balance issues? Please inform this uniformed player what from the mechs created after the clan invasion would create such a balance issue?

people just hate timberwolves. couldn't convince them to allow any more in if you wanted too.

That is not a good reason to say why imbalanced lol.
people hate the timberwolf because its fast, maneuverable, packs a lot of firepower and has fantastic hitboxes
its essentially the perfect mech since it can preform pretty much any role. missile boat, laser boat, ballistic boat and things in between with no real weaknesses.
people wouldn't want a Timberwolf Mk2, or MK3, since you are taking those same factors and putting them in an assault or medium package.

yea...Still though there are lots of other mechs IS ones to boot that are decent...One decent one comes to mind is the Templar...There are so many others out there...So i don't see why the Mechs from MW4 days are that OP...I mean you see Mechs in this game still do decent in that one balance wise.

Agreed there are many other there IS wise as well can't wait to see. Wonder why no Longbow, Black Knight, or Clan wise no Shadowcat? There are many but looking at the ones set in 3060+ don't see that much of a jump in tech wise in game load out wise. Sure there will be some sweet ones soon like Uziel, Bushwacker. Just saying a jump to 3065ish in the next year would be sweet imo. Lol

Longbow: One of the Macross unseen (was the Phalanx from Macross)
Black Knight: gets third variant in 3052 (or should), after Tukkayid. Same with a great many mechs originally from the TR:2750. Comstar had warehouses full of them.
Shadowcat: This should come. It was deployed on Luthien (3052) by the Smoke Jaguars and Clan Nova Cat.
A jump to 3052 would work to release some more mechs. Next logical steps would be to go with the Technical Readout dates: 3055, 3058, 3060.
People want a great deal of mechs which are later in the timeline because they came in with later Mechwarrior games, and played no Battletech.
Oh yes. No Bushwhacker (not enough variants).

not enough variants isn't really an excuse since PGI already broke it with the enforcer.
