I want to see the names of my teammates at all times without having to hit 'Q' all the time. Please add an option in prefs to make it a toggle like Arm Lock.

Please vote YES, if you'd like the option to be able to toggle Q key on and off so you can see the names of your teammates at all times without having hold the Q key down all the time.

Hahaha...somebody actually doesn't want people to have the option to make the Q key a toggle?

I'd LOVE to hear a valid reason as to why....

It just lists the name of each teammate over their mech, along with the chassis they are in. Makes it easier to quickly ID them.

I remapped Q to be my Cool Shot some time ago, lol. F now gives me the information overlay.

For me, that's the 0 (alpha zero) key.

...WASD is for FPS kids still playing in the 90's.

While I wouldn't use this in particular, I am very down with offering both toggle and momentary options for every key that fits.

The biggest reason is that friendly UAVs no longer get a blue marker without Q. Killed a lot of friendlies by reflex.

Way to necro this post fiona. Also the OP was a hacker, so he could probably see everyone and their names in his matches anyways.

Fine as long as Q can change the toggle while in game. I only need the team info when target and drop calling which can change in the heat of battle.
