Lol, I doubt that will happen. The goal though, would be to bring a considerable amount of focus back on FRR territory, to try to restore a buffer zone between Terra and the clan advance. It'd force the clans to spread back out again. Basically, take the line from the truce of Tukayyid in lore (a year from now) and push it way back up, like past Rasalhague. Rewrite history if you will. Of course, this might take an agreement between the Dracs and Davions to help push back against the Kuritan half of the line. We'd have to begrudgingly group up with Steiner, and have some back up from Marik as well. Unfortunately, I know the political climate between these houses are, shall we say, complicated. I don't know, I keep thinking it over tactically, and the one idea that keeps prevailing is to form an alliance between ALL IS houses in the FRR.
The numbers disparity really needs to be overcome as well. We have some outstanding groups in the FRR, but for every pug 12 man we smash, there are two or three more queued up waiting, and it only takes two or three really good comp teams to shut down a decent team on defense or attack. Unfortunately, it feels like the majority of the better comp teams are what we're up against. Coupled with legions of wannabe clans dropping in pug groups, it makes for bad times in the IS. We've felt this sting many times over, as I'm sure everyone has. After two or three really bad stomps, you tend to just want to log off for a bit and take some time to let the hurt dissipate, lol!
This is all just food for thought though. Just striking up conversation to see what pans out.
