I bought an Ice Ferret D from the gift stiore, but got no code for it.

Not sure how long it takes to get a code from the gift shop, however, taking your "several hours" literally, you lodged a support ticket after 5pm pgi time... there is NOONE there, and wont be till monday, as of me writing this its about 5pm their time, on Saturday, so you will be waiting a couple of days at least, so chill your britches , get back to fighting and taking MC form pgi :P

Aff, once they leave the office for the weekend, there is little chance of any progress being made on tickets until the weekend is over.

Patience is a virtue, OP, I certainly recommend it for consideration. :)

That's pretty odd...? I mean, do they send you the code right on the screen after you pay or in an e-mail? If it has been redeemed, they should be able to see on what account. Kind of odd it got passed to someone else instead of you? Not to mention if I got a code for something for a game I play, either I would think it was a scam or someone is using my CC w/o my permission. I wouldn't just go, "Oh look. Some stranger likes me so much that they gave me free stuff..." Right?

When I bought the GArgoyle I got an email with the code. This time, no email.

Always be specific on what you need does when contacting them through e-mail.

Otherwise, there's no guarantee you are getting what you are asking for, after having paying up.
