As if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced. I fear something terrible has happened.

I think he is referring to the voices of CGB as they cry out at the loss of -MS- to Marik, for a week or more.

honestly, it would be a cry of joy, because finally no stupid merc is messing up their politics anymore, so its probably marik crying now having those traitors amongst their ranks.

Somehow I think Ghost Bear feels that the politics have been working out in their favor.

Kurita is neither fast nor smart from what i have gathered....better to be one then none huh? :P
