Bizzle only talks for one unit in MS, im sorry your so mad that your true plan has now been shown how cowardly you really are, to hide behind the idea of the noble star league and cower in fear that you could not hold your borders with out the cease fire, its such a good thing MercStar took the up the mantle your true faction leaders handed down and fought for the Marik people, not abandon them.

So you're saying that Bizzle and Tony have no power in MS, to deal with or use as contacts. Good intel. Tell me more

NP we will keep talking plants for you since with out the few groups that are gone for a bit you could not do it on your own...

WAIT I GOT IT.................................... thats why you made the cease fire the day the best players in your faction left, you can not win with out them....... that is funny
No wonder Marik is pushing so hard for this that's so sad you have to beg

Oh, you're laboring under the delusion that BWC and Seraphim went to Kurita outside the bounds of the joint strategy between Marik, merc units primarily loyal to Marik, and the Star League.

Gotcha.

Keep telling yourself you're pushing buttons that aren't even there.

Is there anything more entertaining than watch a guy trying to balance on a tightrope continue insisting he's standing on solid ground, and lots of it?

Fascinating. So when MS approaches anyone, they're only dealing with 1/9th of MS and the rest of the units are going to do whatever the hell they want, regardless of what was discussed between the faction and I'll now air quote "MS"

This is good stuff Cupcake, what else you got?

CW Doesn't exactly ahve a huge following right now. Intentionally pissing in everyones cheerio's for the sole reason of 'they don't want you to' isn't doing yourself any favors. Just because you are allowed to play in the court doesn't mean people are going to want to play with you if you cant' get along with the other teams.

That being said. I don't see what Mercstar would feel compelled to follow the nSL when they were not allowed to join the conference to begin with. There were representatives sitting in the lobby and it was never really explained why they weren't allowed to join the discussion. So it is a bit much expecting them to jump just because teh nSL says so.

Besides. As near as I can tell waht came out of the Wazan conference, House units that do not want to fight the clans can still fight the other IS factions. MS is now a House Marik Units and, at least some of them, doesn't want to fight the clans.

So 1. Mercstar, Play nice. 2. nSL. Back off 3. As near as I can tell from what came out of the conference MS is abiding by the rules. Turn it Purple boys.

The DCMS acts as one, it's kept us together when the rest of the game was attacking us and will keep us together the next time it happens.

I get that - but the nSL is a pretty big idea and requires unity across a lot of groups. A group within a faction that isn't interested in that is, end of the day, going to be of minimal benefit. Kurita has a lot to offer the nSL in terms of a great many of its experienced house units but some is better than none.

I'm saying Davion doesn't expect a sudden silence to fall on the borders, we're going to get hit from 3 sides like we have been. That's not going to change nor do we expect it to change. The nSL however is not an organization so much as an ideal; coordination of a large number of units against the Clans. Like many ideals it is not universal nor is its appeal.

While I applaud Kuritas desire for unification and harmony at no point should they feel like it's an either/or. If some Kurita mercs or a few house units keep knocking on Davions door so to speak that should not be construed as a failure of the nSL nor a reason for everyone else in Kurita to back out of it if they are otherwise committed to the nSL goals.

There's a lot of people and some small, disruptive groups who would love to see the nSL fail before it gets off the ground. Do not contribute to their odds of success; the nSL should welcome the units that Kurita can contribute in whole or in part and be grateful for whatever coordination they are involved in. If, in leading by example, those Kurita units who do participate in the nSL in time attract those Kurita units or mercs who did not originally then all the better.

While I'm not speaking on behalf of all of Davion here I do say that in my opinion any mercs or even faction units who still continue to attack Davion (as an example) should not be construed as a failure of the nSL or a lack of commitment from that House to the nSL. It's a nascent idea but a very noble one, drawing its first breaths and taking its first unsteady steps. Mistakes will happen, some will be more hesitant than others and that's alright. Some will never go along. Again, that's alright. You can't try to make it all or nothing.

Kurita or otherwise, those who will participate in the nSL need to do so with all due and appropriate focus and not be pulled astray by those who will not.

What you're missing is that there were not supposed to be any all-in assaults on a planet until we have the Clans back under control. Going 48+ on attack on a single planet, flipping it, and then holding it is very much all-in. It was very clearly explained to MS' reps that there were people who had misgivings about their presence, and they CHOSE to leave rather than have someone vouch for their right to be there.

Please quote where I have said otherwise.

Your reps were offered a chance to be there. Roadbeer and Ilithi have both stated their willingness to vouch for their presence. They chose otherwise.

You need to keep all this guys comments, all together, and trot it out for times when people ask why Marik works the way it does. Then you can say 'otherwise you get guys like this'.

Also for when people say 'but why does everyone thing -MS- is a bunch of a**holes that can't be trusted?' you can just drop a stack of his quotes in there and say 'cuz that'.

You can't make stuff like this up. You need the screencaps.

-MS- has held its end of every deal we have made, there is zero reason to back the deals made by other people.

Guess the well went dry. But I want to thank you hybrid for all the informotion about "MS".

Now my faction, and pretty much all the others know that, when approached by someone from "MS", that they're not dealing with anyone who is able to negotiate or discuss well... anything... with a level of reliability.

That "MS" is really just a collation in name only and outside bringing numbers to a faction that may or may not work in the interest of the loyalists, they're really just a nuisance that has to be endured when in your borders, because regardless what anyone from "MS" says you really have no basis to believe it because it's only coming from 1/9th of the organization.

Have a wonderful rest of the night.
