Anyone else confused?
http://mwomercs.com/tournaments
"Your mission, as a community, is to collectively score points that will be used to reduce the price of all Weapon Modules purchasable with C-Bills by up to 50%."
And further down lists some points scoring etc.
So what does, "as a community" mean? Your faction? Your clan? Or the entire MWO player base?
Also, (for non CW) your team gets 10 points for a loss, or 20 points for a win. Well if "the community" means everyone, then if you team looses, the other team gets 20 points, which is all being counted in to one big pot anyway, so why does it matter if you win or lose?
I don't really understand the point of this.
Is it me be spetchial?

It means all of us together regardless of Clan/Faction. However many points we all score is applied and then that discount given. They did a similar thing last year and however high we got the points we got so much off of a certain Mech. Like all versions of the Shadow Hawk or something.

Yes there was a similar challenge last year. Didn't get to the top tier award for the challenge though. Everyone needs to play as many matches as possible in order to get the higher discount.

The way I read it is for how the match is won. If they win by the primary objective the community gets more points than the secondary objective.

45% should be easy enough, but let's see whether we can push it all the way up to 50%!
